Return and Refund Policy. 
If you have a problem with the product, please follow these steps::
- Please contact us for assistance using the contact details provided on the page "Контакти" and describe the problem you are experiencing, perhaps we can help you resolve it;
- Goods and services purchased in the km-group.com.ua store can be returned or exchanged within the terms and range in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights".
You may request a refund without giving any reason within 14 (fourteen) calendar days. The cancellation period expires 14 (fourteen) days after the dates specified below:
- For goods - from the moment the goods were shipped in accordance with the invoice or other document evidencing receipt of the goods by the buyer;
- For services - from the moment of signing the acceptance certificate for the service performed.
In any case, when resolving disputes, we are guided by the current legislation of Ukraine.
To exercise your right to exchange or refund, you must notify us before the expiration of the specified period. To notify us of your desire to return or exchange the product and start the return procedure described below, contact us at the support phone number listed on our website.
Non-returnable and non-exchangeable goods:
- mechanically damaged during actual operation;
- goods that fall under the current legislation of Ukraine as non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
We do everything to keep our customers satisfied and will return and exchange products that meet the conditions below:
- Returned goods must be in their original condition (i.e., have no signs of use or damage and be in a condition that allows them to be put up for sale again);
- When returning or exchanging goods, it is necessary to provide registration documents from the transport company and the invoice for the goods. Failure by the client to provide such components may result in delays in returning or exchanging goods or additional fines in accordance with current legislation. The online store km-group.com.ua reserves the right to refuse to return or exchange goods in case of violation of the return conditions.
RETURN PROCEDURE
To cancel a pre-order, follow these steps:
- A pre-order can be canceled at any time before the relevant item is shipped by calling the support number listed on the "Contact Us" page. If the item is already available for shipping or has been shipped, standard return policies apply;
- If you are a buyer from another city (village), you can send the goods to us and have the right to a refund of shipping costs if your claims are recognized as legitimate;
- We will inspect the product upon receipt and if it is eligible for return or exchange in accordance with the Terms of Use and Sale, we will replace the product or refund the money to the same credit card, checking account or other payment method used by the buyer for the purchase.
